The automated live summary blocks are distracting. Ideally, we could turn them off. But if we can’t turn them off, can you make it so that they don’t “live” update, and only update upon page reload or clicking a refresh button?

Seconding this. The summaries themselves are okay, but the way the UI jumps and how the AI cursor acts is very distracting.
