Out of the box metrics

  • Sprint burndown chart. Given the commitments outlined in a sprint, did we successfully burn down items within that sprint?
  • Unplanned interruptions - given the scope of work assigned to a sprint - what tasks were added that were not planned within that sprint?
  • Given a category tagged by feature:
    • How many tickets open for that
    • Turn around time from open → complete
    • How many tasks remain open
  • How often are P0/P1 tickets open
  • Time to ticket resolution once open
