i try to create a issue in Discord, i use /height and name is “test” and select a list which have created in my workspace, but the issue isn’t appear in Height ,and the feedback is “Something went wrong creating the task.” so , what i miss some steps? But i have get the lists in discord ,so i think i have successful to build a connection between Discord and Height. I have authenticated through the url.
Apologies for the delay, Duan! In the Discord integration settings in Height, under the Connection tab, there’s a section of Avoided channels. Can you confirm that the channel you’re trying to create the task from isn’t listed in the avoided channels section?
facing the same issue. And I’m trying in channels that are not “Avoided”
