Cannot use a username

Hi, we did a workspace cleanup and now I can’t use a username that nobody uses in the workspace.

It says This username is already used. even though there’s no member or guest with that username

Hi @Akila_Triggs I’m having the same issue. I was originally a contractor and the username was amy. I’ve now converted full time and would like to still use amy, but it’s indicating that username is taken, even though the ‘user’ has been removed. In case it’s helpful, I’m currently amyd. Any chance you help clean this up on the back end? :pray:
