While my department is using Height, not all our company is yet, but that means that some tasks in height can’t be assigned properly to the right person.
Is there a way to create “fake” coworkers so I can assign them tasks in Height? That way when I look at my to-do list, and it clearly shows that “Todd” is assigned to a task, I know who to go to and check in.
Hey, David! A possible workaround for your use case would be to create a Custom Attribute titled “Coworkers” (or whatever title fits,) set the Attribute type to “Text,” and manually enter the name of each coworker that is outside of the workspace.
Doing this would also allow you to filter per coworker based on the attribute to easily find their tasks
