Currently it’s pretty tedious to have to copy over the contents and formatting of a slack message into a height ticket.
It would be super useful for the slack bot to automatically fill in the body with the contents of the parent post if it’s used in a thread (or maybe just the most recent post bc threads aren’t supported I guess). That would make creating bug tickets from slack posts super fast and easy
