Now tasks are added to your personal list. It would be cool if we could add them to lists and maybe even statusses and assign other users to it.

The comment syntax could look like this:
// todo [task title] #list-name #status @user

In reality it would be this:
// todo Do something #project-a #to-do @John

That’s a nice feature suggestion. I’ll put that on our list.
Regarding where the tasks are added, at the moment it depends on your setting you defined in your preferences:
Height > Settings > Preferences → Default list for new tasks
