Just a quick suggestion, would be nice to have an integration to Front, similar to the one you have for Zendesk. We use Front to manage most of our customer support requests, so having a way to tie it in with tickets in Height would be very useful. Today we just link to Front from Height, but that doesn’t set up a connection on the other end obviously and we have to manually keep in sync which tickets are related to what support requests from customers.
