Is there any sort of reporting functionality available within the app? We’d like access to some of the same reports that Linear offers: Insights – Linear
Fair question! We don’t yet have super robust reporting capabilities in Height. With that, a common workaround that users leverage is our smart lists filters. Specifically, they’ll filter the list appropriately, e.g. seeing how many tasks they’re team completed for the quarter, and use our Configure feature to see totals, averages, etc.
Similarly, you can export the smart lists as CSV files and import them into external reporting platforms.
Thank you Akila, that gets me most of the way there. I’ve added a custom attribute for effort, which is a 1-21 number. When viewing a kanban board, sectioned by status, how can I configure it to show the total effort of the tasks in that status?
To better visualize the effort for tasks, I’d suggest switching the view to Spreadsheet, making sure the Effort column is visible, and then configuring the total effort per section.
