[BUG] Pasting links with markdown-like characters breaks

When pasting a link in both the description box and a comment of a URL with markdown-list characters the link gets clobbered and is no longer usable.

To reproduce: Paste a URL with /__tests__/ in it in either the description or comments editor. (e.g: apollo-client/src at b214dd1d31cdfe6b5477bb5887a7d9615a302b27 · apollographql/apollo-client · GitHubtests/optimistic.ts)

Funny note, looks like you are using the same editor here and you can see it actually bolds the word tests mid-link and breaks it too.
