Date Filters: Need ability to designate "Today", "Tomorrow", etc

Height.app is awesome! I’ve tried pretty much all of the competition, and Height’s unique affordances already make it outstanding.

One crucial request: It would be essential to be able to filter tasks based on, for example, a “Due Date” being “Today” or “Tomorrow”. Right now, it’s only possible to use the awkward logic “before 1 days from now”, etc, which is quite unreliable – over the course of a single day, the same filters seem to yield different results.

Thanks for considering.

Thanks for the kind words Lucas!

We’re going to look into this, there might be a timezone issue somewhere here. We’re also redesigning the date filters right now, so I’ll forward this feedback over.

Thanks, Michael. Any news on this? I’m not sure if it’s a time zone issue, but I’m still finding it very difficult to create a smart view that shows only tasks due today. Each filter I create works some of the time but not all of the time.

We’re shipping new date filters soon, and then we’ll look at that specific issue if not solved with it

Thanks for today’s update! The new filters work great!

Hmm, I guess I spoke too soon. During the day, things seemed to be working, but now, at night, my filters that should only show “today” tasks are also showing “tomorrow” tasks…

Hey Lucas,

We shipped a new UI for date filters a few days ago, but we now just shipped a fix for the timezone issue.

Can you tell us if it happens again?

Brilliant! Yes, that seems to have fixed it. So far so good! Many thanks.
