You have 10 000+ icons available for a list so how about adding support for HEX colors? This way one could add brand color based on customer/project etc to be more distinguishable. Thanks for considering this!

Could the icons/icon selection window be made bigger so it’s easier to see them and scroll through them (esp. since there are so many)?
