I’d love to be able to select multiple tasks from the list view, press Cmd-K and then adjust the due date for all those selected.
Totally! We have a planned project to add this feature.
This seems now to have been implemented!

It works great, but I can’t figure out how to save the new date from the keyboard. (I’m on Windows, so I’m using Ctrl plus the arrow keys to select the new date, but then I have to use the mouse to save.)
Have you tried enter? That should save/set the new date value.
Yes, I tried everything I could think of. Hitting Enter brings focus back to the item on the board, and hitting enter again creates a new item.
(I’m not sure if I’m mixing up Enter and Return, but I tried both and neither worked.)
After playing around with this, I realized there’s a bug with setting due dates for tasks from kanban boards. We’ll get it fixed though 
This is now fixed (after a refresh) — enter to set a date via cmd+k from kanban boards should work.
