As I hover on the “blue-boxed” row from the left panel don’t line-up with the row from the right panel, where the gantt chart shows.
Can this happen normally or is this a bug?

They should definitely align. If you clear cache in the app (press ? in bottom left > Reload app) does that fix the alignment?

No update yet, Bruno! We’re not able to repro the issue on our end, but still trying to see what’s causing the misalignment. Will keep you posted!
Just deployed a fix for this. Should be resolved after a refresh, Bruno!
