Can someone show me where to add the following categories within a ticket:

Success criteria
Dev Notes
Design Notes
Testing Notes

The description box within a task item seems too general and not enough structure.

For now, task descriptions are the best place to store long-form content. Another option would be to create a Task form from Product settings → Task forms and add each category as a question mapped to Description.

Once the task form is created, you can use it ensure that those specific categories are outlined in the description:
