We have a few forms to help the business team complete more relevant information when creating a ticket. We basically have a ‘template’ written in the description field in each of these forms.
Turns out when that in zendesk, when you want to create a ticket from there, you have access to the different forms created, but all the description template is erased and displays the zendesk conversation
