ITIL Change Management

Has anyone used Height for handling IT Change Management based on ITIL? I’m struggling to get something up and running that doesn’t require a bunch of manual effort, so curious if anyone else has any tips.

Hi, there! I’m admittedly not familiar with ITIL, but after some quick research, it’s likely that the most practical way to manage that framework in Height is to leverage our custom Attributes and custom Automations features.

From an attribute standpoint, you can create different statuses/attribute options that match each step of the ITIL framework, and then create custom automations to autonomously manage the life cycle.
