In Kanban view Tasks that are “On hold” don’t show in the “On hold” column.
I’m wondering if it is because the Project (where the Task is) is “In progress”.
I also cannot seem to drag any items to other columns. Basically everything shows in the “In progress” column. For example I cannot see any tasks in the “To do” column either, even though I know there are several.
Not sure if this is a bug or I just don’t know how to use the filters etc.
Hey there, Kanban columns will use the attribute value of the top-level task when subtasks are set to Indented. As such, while moving subtasks to other columns will update their specific status, they won’t change columns as they are rooted to the parent task’s status. If you’d like the Kanban columns to reflect the status or attribute value of subtasks too, then you can update subtasks to Flattened in the visualization settings.
